Field Telecommunications Technician

• Setting up wireless systems, antennas, transmitters, and receivers
• Regularly inspecting and fixing cell towers, broadband systems, and satellite equipment
• Diagnosing signal interruptions, data, voice, or video issues
• Handling low-voltage systems, running cables, and conducting grounding
• Visiting commercial, residential, or remote tower sites to resolve service issues
• Keeping detailed records of maintenance and installations

• Up to 3 years of experience in installation and maintenance of telecommunications or wireless equipment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• High levels of responsibility, consistency, and professional diligence
• Proven professional experience in the installation, maintenance, or operation of telecommunication or specialized wireless equipment
• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Technology, or a relevant technical specialization
• Solid foundational knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN architecture, and practical experience with network installations
• A valid driving license (Category B)
• Willingness and ability to work off-site and travel frequently across Greece
• Basic proficiency in general computer operation (MS Office Suite, email communication)

Proven professional experience in the installation, maintenance, or operation of telecommunication or specialized wireless equipment will be a significant advantage
