Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Miami, FL area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products. Are you ready to be the face of an exciting technical organization? No desk here! Your day will be spent supporting our customers in your region. We will supply you with the tools needed for success: a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support customers in assigned region
  • Resolve technical issues
  • Provide support and guidance to customer base on SONIFI products
  • Be the face of the technical organization
  • Provide great customer experience
  • Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with hospitality and healthcare customer staff

Requirements:

  • Technical degree plus ONE year of related experience in any of the following areas -OR- High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years’ work experience
  • Experience in any of the following areas: High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving habits
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and requests
  • Ability to work independently while providing support and guidance
  • Strong desire to resolve technical issues
  • Learns quickly
  • Passionate about customer experience
  • Ability to communicate thoughtfully and professionally
  • Understand and respect boundaries, protocols, and empathy in healthcare customer environments
  • Occasional travel outside of assigned area
  • On-call availability
  • Occasional overtime and weekend work to accommodate service level agreements
