Field Technician

• Travel to multiple client locations within the region to perform onsite audits of production devices
• Conduct physical inspections of desktops and laptops that are actively in use
• Verify the presence of required security software and management tools on each device
• Review installed applications and document items requiring follow-up or further evaluation
• Record findings accurately and in compliance with provided documentation standards
• Escalate any issues or discrepancies to technical leads for resolution
• Interact professionally with client staff to ensure smooth operations during device audits
• Follow established procedures consistently while maintaining attention to detail
• Provide feedback and updates to internal teams as needed

• Strong practical experience with Windows operating systems, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Ability to navigate system settings, installed applications, and device configurations
• Prior experience in workstation audits, device deployments, or endpoint technical support
• Proficiency in following detailed procedures and accurately documenting results
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail in communication
• Comfortable working independently in client environments
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various client sites during the week
