You should possess a balance of wireless industry exposure, coupled with the ability to be independent and cover a wide area of sites in our South Dakota market where Rapid City, SD marks the center of this territory. You will be a generalist, encompassing aspects of technical support, project management, and operational support while being a responsible teammate. We are a team that encourages innovation and advocates an agile and open approach, truly working and playing in the Un-carrier way! This role supports network operations in an area that covers Western South Dakota, Northwestern Nebraska, Eastern Wyoming, and Southwestern North Dakota by applying technical knowledge to maintain and improve network performance and reliability. It involves providing technical assistance, managing smaller projects, and contributing to operational process improvements. The role requires understanding of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services. Success is measured by effective technical support, timely project updates, and identification of process improvements. The work directly impacts network stability and service quality for organizational and customer needs.
