T-Mobile is seeking a motivated and skilled Field Technician to support our Engineering & Operations team across Northern New York. This role covers the Adirondack Mountain region, including Hamilton, Warren, Franklin, St. Lawrence, and Essex counties, as well as communities such as Malone, Potsdam, Canton, Plattsburgh, and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for a well-rounded technician who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys working independently, and is comfortable supporting a wide range of network sites. You will play a key role in maintaining network performance, resolving issues, and supporting ongoing improvements across the market.
