Performs validation and reconciliation of Salesforce (SFDC) IDs, ensuring accurate linkage between opportunities and financial results
Identifies scenarios where SFDC IDs are missing or misaligned, and develops appropriate justifications to ensure DWS receives due credit for executed DLS motions
Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes, monitors performance, and ensures accountability across the team
Manages a medium-sized field service team and/or supplier relationships, ensuring consistent service delivery standards
Regularly coaches and mentors team members, fostering both technical and analytical capabilities within the team
