Job Responsibility

  • Provides direct supervision to a team of operational or professional-level team members, ensuring alignment with operational and project objectives
  • Leads analytics and data validation efforts to research, rationalize, and confirm the accuracy of financial totals associated with DWS DLS motions
  • Performs validation and reconciliation of Salesforce (SFDC) IDs, ensuring accurate linkage between opportunities and financial results
  • Identifies scenarios where SFDC IDs are missing or misaligned, and develops appropriate justifications to ensure DWS receives due credit for executed DLS motions
  • Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes, monitors performance, and ensures accountability across the team
  • Manages a medium-sized field service team and/or supplier relationships, ensuring consistent service delivery standards
  • Regularly coaches and mentors team members, fostering both technical and analytical capabilities within the team
  • Reviews team performance and outputs, including operational delivery as well as data accuracy and reporting quality
  • Collaborates with leadership to drive process improvements, particularly in financial tracking, reporting accuracy, and system alignment (e.g., SFDC)
