Job Description

The Field Team Manager is responsible for supporting clinical field team members to ensure they meet the expectations of their roles through ongoing performance management, consistent feedback, and training (both initial and ongoing) within their assigned market. This role partners closely with Clinical Care Coordinators to ensure customer needs are met through efficient, patient-focused care.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead ongoing performance management for all direct reports
  • Conduct and document disciplinary actions as needed, up to and including terminations
  • Conduct regular 1:1s with field team members and provide consistent feedback
  • Collaborate with the Dental Support Specialist to ensure timesheets and expenses are approved according to company guidelines
  • Partner with Clinical Care Coordinators to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained
  • Coordinate ongoing training for existing field team members with the Dental Systems Trainer
  • Interview and participate in the hiring process for new field team members
  • Remain accessible to field team members throughout the day to support operations and resolve issues
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support team success

Requirements
