Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Field Support Specialist to join our team in Naperville, Illinois. This role involves providing essential operational support to the North America Field Services team while ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless collaboration across departments. As a Long-term Contract position, this opportunity offers stability and the chance to contribute to meaningful projects within a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver operational support to the North America Field Services team
Collaborate with various stakeholders to address technical sales support needs
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage documentation and create presentations
Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities and customer interactions
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet deadlines
Conduct thorough research to resolve issues and provide informed recommendations
Communicate clearly with team members and customers
Leverage CRM systems and SAP R/3 for tracking data and enhancing processes
Uphold a customer-focused approach
Support team collaboration efforts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in field support or technical sales support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy
Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and manage time efficiently
Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP R/3 for operational tracking and process enhancement
High school diploma or equivalent education required
Proven ability to document and record information accurately for reporting and tracking purposes
