We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Field Support Specialist to support the Project Management function within the Field Operations Department at YourParkingSpace. This is a newly created role, offering a unique opportunity to design, implement, and own the operational support structure that underpins day-to-day field activities. Working closely with Regional Operations Managers, Project Managers, Surveyors, and external partners, you’ll provide critical administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure field operations run efficiently, consistently, and at scale. The role will also play a key part in the creation and rollout of maintenance plans across the YourParkingSpace managed estate and in supporting business-critical operational deployments. Job Responsibility:
Establish and implement a structured support function for the Field Operations Project Management team
Act as a central point of coordination for day-to-day requests from Regional Operations Managers, handling administrative and operational tasks efficiently
Support ad-hoc field operations requirements, responding quickly to changing business priorities
Create, implement, and maintain maintenance plans for locations within the YourParkingSpace managed estate
Track scheduled and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring visibility, accountability, and timely completion
Maintain accurate records of maintenance works, contractors, and site activity
Monitor, track, and support the delivery of business-critical operational deployments across the field
Assist Project Managers with coordination of tasks, timelines, documentation, and reporting
Ensure operational readiness for deployments by liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
Support client communication related to field operations, maintenance activities, and deployments
Ensure clear, professional, and timely updates are provided to internal and external stakeholders
Assist in resolving client queries by coordinating with Regional Operations Managers and Project Managers
Help design and improve processes, templates, and workflows to support scalable field operations
Maintain accurate operational data, trackers, and reports to support performance monitoring and decision-making
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery across the field operations function
Requirements:
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence liaising with internal teams and clients
Experience in an operational, administrative, project support, or field-based support role
High attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are being built and refined
Nice to have:
Experience in facilities management, property operations, construction, or maintenance environments
Exposure to project management or operational delivery teams
Familiarity with project management or workflow tools (e.g. Monday.com or similar systems)
Interest in progressing into a project management or operations leadership role
