Job Description:

We’re hiring a Field Support Representative to work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users in mission-critical environments. This is a hands-on role supporting users of advanced analytic platforms while helping shape how those tools are used in real operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide desk-side and classroom training
  • Troubleshoot user issues and support help desk operations
  • Work closely with analysts to improve workflows and tool adoption
  • Relay user feedback to technical and product teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience
  • Experience in fusion or operational environments
  • Familiarity with platforms like Gotham or Foundry
  • Strong communication and technical aptitude
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required
  • Military/Special Operations experience is a plus
