Job Description:

The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge with desktop (review system logs / error messages, Windows and MacOS and app troubleshooting/fix etc.); network communication troubleshooting (IP. VPN, DNS etc.); printer troubleshooting (verifying firmware, driver etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Higher Degree
  • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
  • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
  • 10.00 to 15.00 Years of experience
  • in-depth knowledge with desktop (review system logs / error messages, Windows and MacOS and app troubleshooting/fix etc.)
  • network communication troubleshooting (IP. VPN, DNS etc.)
  • printer troubleshooting (verifying firmware, driver etc.)
  • ability to do Intake & Triage
