Job Description

The position will support warehouse construction management activities onsite.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the management and organization of all warehouse activities
  • Supervision of project equipment and materials
  • Supervise activities engaged in the receiving, storing, transferring of project equipment and materials
  • Maintain inventory of all received and transferred items
  • Coordination with receiving personnel to offload equipment in timely manner
  • Plan, develop, and maintain warehouse safety and security programs and activities
  • Ability to produce correspondence and reports as needed
  • Maintain appropriate records
  • Communicate clearly and interact with vendors, clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner
  • Signing off on contractor receipts and submittal to the warehouse and keeping files
  • Verify contractors purchased materials on site
  • Position typically requires site presence for the duration of the project and travel will be required

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction activities
  • Ability to present reports to clients in a public form
  • Associate degree Construction or related field
  • Working knowledge and experience and MS office, MS Project, and Primavera 6
  • Must be able to work in a project team and maintain a project schedule, be a self-starter, detailed-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills
  • Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision
  • A valid passport or the ability to obtain one is required
  • Candidates must be able to travel, domestically & internationally, to other M3 offices and project sites to provide field support for new and ongoing projects
  • Must be able to pass the background check
