Field Supervisor for a high-profile telecommunication agreement, responsible for engaging with teams of technicians in the field to ensure the successful delivery of nbn services, driving quality, safety, and efficiency.
Job Responsibility:
Train, mentor, and manage technicians to ensure top-tier service delivery
Support new technicians, setting them up for success
Coordinate work, technicians, and equipment to meet KPIs and operational targets
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
Be the go-to person for resolving on-site issues and client escalations
Conduct audits, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in technician performance
Lead toolbox talks and ensure strict adherence to health & safety protocols
Requirements:
A people leader with experience in civil or telco field work
Proven leadership skills in managing field crews to deliver quality work
A safety-first mindset who drives a strong safety culture in the field
Valid driver’s licence
Nice to have:
Certifications in supervising ACM removal and Cert 3 in Civil/Telecommunications will be highly regarded
