Field Supervisor

• Be available as the on-site point of contact
• Mechanical ability to instruct and assist with mill maintenance tasks
• Set priority of workflow to ensure due dates are met
• Recommend, specify and requisition appropriate tooling for each job
• Ensure a safe work site and follow mill specific rules
• Coordinate all items needed to complete each job to include equipment, materials, employees, etc.
• Assist in quoting with regards to employees needed, time estimates, and materials and tools needed
• Confirm PSI quality standards are met at all times
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues and/or equipment malfunctions
• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
• Willing to learn and perform other tasks and duties as needed

• Skilled in shut down and mill maintenance type work
• 5+ years of supervision experience
• Experience in a variety of pulp and paper mills
• Experience reading blueprints
• Valid Driver’s License or State Issued ID
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
