Job Responsibility:
Lead, motivate and mentor a team of technicians to deliver safe, high‑quality work
Drive KPI achievement through effective scheduling, field presence and performance management
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including public authorities and client representatives
Conduct quality audits, troubleshoot escalations and provide technical guidance
Ensure safety remains front‑of‑mind through toolbox talks and adherence to HSE standards
Identify training needs and support technician development
Champion a customer‑first culture through excellent service delivery
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience within field operations
Telecommunications industry experience

Current unrestricted driver’s licence
