Job Description:

The Field Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring remodeling projects are completed to specification, on time, and within budget. This role bridges the gap between planning and execution, acting as the primary on-site authority. The Field Supervisor manages subcontractors, enforces quality and safety standards, and communicates updates and issues directly to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in residential remodeling or construction
  • Prior team lead or foreman-level experience preferred
  • Familiarity with safety practices and OSHA guidelines
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills always remaining professional
  • Strong eye for detail and craftsmanship
  • Proactive problem-solver who can act independently in the field
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple trades simultaneously
  • Familiar with construction plans, blueprints, and remodeling workflows
  • Technically skilled with tools, remodeling materials, and job site procedures
  • Tech savvy familiar with project management software as you will update projects daily
  • Must have excellent ability to measure for kitchen and bathroom remodeling orders to be placed accurately
  • Must have excellent measuring skills and experience with kitchen cabinets as well as bathroom installation
