We are looking for A-Players who have experience in onsite management of residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects with homeowners, and who are looking for generous bonus opportunities second to none! We Offer: Compensation: Base Salary of $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience. Generous performance-based bonuses. Everyone at TAC Fran also has the opportunity to earn additional self-generated lead generation success fees. Our Kitchen Tune-Up 5 Core Services include our proprietary 1-Day Wood Restoration Tune-Up, Cabinet Re-Facing, Cabinet Redooring, Cabinet Painting, and Custom Cabinets. Our Bath Tune-Up 5 Core Services include Vanity Only, Shower Remodel, Tub Remodel, Conversion, and Full Bathroom Remodel. We have plans to grow aggressively in 2025 and beyond. This will offer us the opportunity to promote from within and offer you true career advancement all the way to Senior Management.
