An exciting opportunity to be part of a new team as a Field Supervisor. Driving and overseeing field performance and aiming for consistent delivery on all associated operational KPI’s.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure all contractual KPI’s are met and exceeded where possible
Assist in maintaining a strong client relationship and act as key point of contact/liaison for meter reader performance and employee relations matters
Ensure the quality of work is in accordance with relevant contractual requirements, company standards and to the satisfaction of the client
Planning and coordinating all daily tasks associated with the role to ensure field operational designated responsibilities and tasks are completed in a timely manner
Perform ad-hoc auditing, reading and field based operational investigations where required
Report all HSE Incidents in line with Service Stream's Incident Reporting Process and Client's own requirements
Provide an exceptional customer service and manage customer complaints within SLA timeframes
Ensure any reporting is completed in line with Client and Management requirements
Requirements:
In-field utility metering experience & ability/interest working outdoors
People management (operational/field environment desirable)
Extensive experience in Contract, Customer and Client management
Intermediate level Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook + databases
Interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
