Job Description:

An exciting opportunity to be part of a new team as a Field Supervisor. Driving and overseeing field performance and aiming for consistent delivery on all associated operational KPI’s.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure all contractual KPI’s are met and exceeded where possible
  • Assist in maintaining a strong client relationship and act as key point of contact/liaison for meter reader performance and employee relations matters
  • Ensure the quality of work is in accordance with relevant contractual requirements, company standards and to the satisfaction of the client
  • Planning and coordinating all daily tasks associated with the role to ensure field operational designated responsibilities and tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Perform ad-hoc auditing, reading and field based operational investigations where required
  • Report all HSE Incidents in line with Service Stream's Incident Reporting Process and Client's own requirements
  • Provide an exceptional customer service and manage customer complaints within SLA timeframes
  • Ensure any reporting is completed in line with Client and Management requirements

Requirements:

  • In-field utility metering experience & ability/interest working outdoors
  • People management (operational/field environment desirable)
  • Extensive experience in Contract, Customer and Client management
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook + databases
  • Interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
