Job Description

We are currently seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team in Av. 5 de Febrero No.1351-3A, Torre Fresno Col. Zona Industrial Benito Juárez, C.P.76120, Qro. Planta, Querétaro (MX-QUE), Mexico (MX). Field Tech Senior Representative • These individuals typically have knowledge of their work area but only general understanding of work outside their own area. • They complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring. • When the work is non-routine, they escalate to a manager and/or receive specific instructions prior to completing. • Performs basic configuration of desktop / notebook /printers. May assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops/notebooks/printers. • Travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required
