Under general supervision, provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Provides on-site installation customer support
  • Performs diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems
  • Interprets customers' needs and clarifies responsibility for problem resolution
  • Performs feasibility and approves operational quality of system equipment
  • Provides on-site technical product support and service to customers
  • Provides customers assistance with operation and maintenance of the system
  • Serves as Motion's liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Zero to two years of relevant experience
  • Maintenance and reliability background
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving ability
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a stressful situation
  • Ability to manage contract location resources
