Job Description

Daley And Associates is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to provide on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and customer support for business-related systems and equipment throughout the Buffalo, NY territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong electromechanical service background, experience servicing office technology equipment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment. This role is a full-time, direct hire position paying an hourly rate of $19-$21 / hour.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of printers, copiers, and multifunction devices
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues and implement corrective actions
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and retrofit customer equipment
  • Deliver end-user training and technical support
  • Manage assigned service calls and maintain productivity standards
  • Complete service documentation and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Rebuild and refurbish equipment components as needed
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional service delivery

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
  • Minimum 3 years of technical service, repair, and installation of office equipment

Nice to have

  • Experience servicing multifunction printers (MFPs), copiers, and print management devices
  • Knowledge of document management solutions
  • Previous shop technician experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and customer service abilities
