We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support clients with installation, maintenance, and repair of office technology equipment. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in the field and enjoys troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues.
Job Responsibility:
Install, maintain, and repair printers, copiers, and office technology equipment
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and performance issues on-site
Configure and support basic networking (connectivity, device integration, etc.)
Provide timely, high-quality service and support to end users
Partner with internal teams to resolve more complex technical issues
Ensure equipment is running efficiently and meeting client needs
Requirements:
Hands-on experience supporting printers, copiers, or similar office technology
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and basic networking issues
Experience with network configuration and connectivity troubleshooting
Ability to work independently in a field-based, customer-facing environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice to have:
CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
Prior experience in a field service or break/fix technician role
Technical training or associate degree in a related field
