Job Description:

Field Service Technician provides technical support to internal users of computer applications and hardware, answers questions regarding system procedures, maintains troubleshooting tracking logs, and ensures timely resolution of problems for CVS Health locations.

Job Responsibility:

Delivers technical support to field employees
Performs regular maintenance tasks
Integrates new technology equipment into stores
Conducts complex troubleshooting
Maintains accurate records of service calls
Collaborates with technology team
Provides exceptional customer service
Manages IT parts, supplies, and equipment inventory

Requirements:

1+ years of hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, maintenance and repairs
Valid Driver's License with no major violations
Willingness to drive between CVS locations within Milwaukee, WI area (Reside in the territory supported)
Available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays
Ability to lift 75lbs+ and occasionally work on a ladder
High School diploma or GED is required
