Field Service Technician

• Full responsibility for the turn-key installation, servicing, and maintenance of industrial machinery
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving electrical issues on-site
• Maintaining close communication with customers throughout installations, service visits, and training sessions
• Performing preventative maintenance inspections
• Conducting customer training on equipment operation and standard maintenance practices
• Approximately 90% of the work involves travel, with about 60% occurring within a designated territory near your home base
• Occasional travel to Canada, Mexico, and other parts of Central America may be necessary

• Solid understanding of electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, connection drawings, and mechanical blueprints
• Experience with 480V electrical systems is essential
• Hands-on experience with large industrial machinery is advantageous
• Strong troubleshooting skills are highly valued - the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently in the field is key
• Effective verbal communication in English is required
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours and stay overnight at job sites when needed

Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, French, Dutch, German, or Polish) are a plus
