Job Description

Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the eight consecutive year, is looking for a Service Technician to join the Unox Service Team. This position will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer sites across Switzerland.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while traveling within Switzerland
  • Oversee all aspects of on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and functionality testing of Unox equipment
  • Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions
  • Train customers on the proper use of Unox equipment
  • Create detailed and comprehensive service reports after each service visit

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, reacting positively to challenges
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland (up to 80% of the time)
  • Entry-Level (<2 years)

  • Follow up in a timely manner on all issues identified in the quality assurance checks to ensure they have been rectified
  • Monitor to ensure that Operators are consistently enforcing compliance to all CPMA/AGCO HORSE RACING Rules and Regulations and any WEG/Off-Track Operations departmental policies. Ensure all required regulatory licensing information (CPMA, AGCO HORSE RACING, etc) is posted and updated as necessary
  • Ensure Teletheatres operate in compliance with all Mandatory Security Requirements and discretely complete the required tests to ensure that security equipment is in proper working order
