Field Service Technician

• Remote & On-Site Diagnostics: Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system malfunctions both remotely and on-site, providing timely solutions
• Travel to Customer Sites: Travel up to 80% of the time to install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial baking equipment at customer locations
• On-Call Service: Be available for on-call service as required, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly
• Safety & Efficiency: Ensure all service interventions are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards
• Documentation & Compliance: Document all service activities thoroughly and ensure compliance with corrective action plans, maintaining high service standards
• Customer Service & Communication

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated systems
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
• Experience: Hands-on experience with automated industrial equipment is a strong asset
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-travel environment
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Language: French language skills are an asset, but not required
