Job Description:

The Field Service Technician at CVS Health is responsible for providing great customer service while installing, diagnosing, and solving retail equipment issues across a wide geography. This includes working on systems such as POS registers, printers, servers, PCs, and networking hardware. The job involves traveling between CVS locations, working day shifts, and taking on-call responsibilities for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment is needed.

Job Responsibility:

Providing great customer service while installing, diagnosing and solving retail equipment failures
Driving between CVS locations in a large geography to service and install hardware
Assisting other neighboring areas with workload
Working normal day shift
Being on call for weekday evenings onsite high severity service calls
Rotating weekend and holiday coverage for onsite high severity service calls.

Requirements:

1-3 years of previous hands-on technical knowledge and experience
Strong Customer Service skills
Valid Driver’s License with no major violations
Ability to pass a substance/drug test and background test
Ability to drive between CVS locations in a large geography on daily basis
Available to work days, nights, weekends, & holidays
Ability to troubleshoot hardware
Reside in the territory supported
Ability to lift laser printers, servers, heavy equipment 75lbs and occasionally work on a ladder.
