Field Service Technician

• Perform on‑site installation, service, repairs, preventive maintenance, and site surveys on beverage dispensing equipment
• Serve as primary on‑site technical contact, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues
• Instruct customers on proper operation and care of equipment
• Receive dispatched service calls and ensure prompt response
• Diagnose and repair reported service issues and perform quality drink check
• Perform preventative maintenance as needed
• Train customers in maintaining equipment
• Report any misuse of equipment to supervisor
• Follow up with account until call is completed
• Close out all calls on hand held or with dispatch
• Report all service activities accurately
• Maintain accurate parts and equipment inventories
• Keep vehicle clean and organized
• Operate company issued vehicle, tools and equipment
• Perform receipt of goods for direct shipped parts
• Support dispatcher in routing and prioritization of calls
• Travel throughout the region
• Act as liaison between manager and sales team
• Identify areas of opportunities
• Understanding and completion of all applicable safety programs

• High School diploma and technical school certification required
• Prior beverage, refrigeration, plumbing and electronic experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with less than 2 moving violations
• Basic mechanical aptitude required
• Must have the ability to apply basic skills and techniques to perform tasks and resolve routine questions and problems
• Must have basic computer and data equipment skills
• Flexibility to work on call shifts, weekends and varying work schedules 365 days of year required
