In this role, you will perform on‑site installation, service, repairs, preventive maintenance, and site surveys on a variety of beverage dispensing equipment at customer locations. You will serve as the primary on‑site technical contact, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues while providing responsive, professional customer support. You will also instruct customers on the proper operation and care of their equipment to ensure consistent performance and optimal drink quality. Through your technical expertise and customer‑focused approach, you will help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and reliable equipment operation.
Job Responsibility:
Perform on‑site installation, service, repairs, preventive maintenance, and site surveys on beverage dispensing equipment
Serve as primary on‑site technical contact, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues
Instruct customers on proper operation and care of equipment
Receive dispatched service calls and ensure prompt response
Diagnose and repair reported service issues and perform quality drink check
Perform preventative maintenance as needed
Train customers in maintaining equipment
Report any misuse of equipment to supervisor
Follow up with account until call is completed
Close out all calls on hand held or with dispatch
Report all service activities accurately
Maintain accurate parts and equipment inventories
Keep vehicle clean and organized
Operate company issued vehicle, tools and equipment
Perform receipt of goods for direct shipped parts
Support dispatcher in routing and prioritization of calls
Travel throughout the region
Act as liaison between manager and sales team
Identify areas of opportunities
Understanding and completion of all applicable safety programs
Requirements:
High School diploma and technical school certification required
Prior beverage, refrigeration, plumbing and electronic experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with less than 2 moving violations
Basic mechanical aptitude required
Must have the ability to apply basic skills and techniques to perform tasks and resolve routine questions and problems
Must have basic computer and data equipment skills
Flexibility to work on call shifts, weekends and varying work schedules 365 days of year required
