Job Responsibility:
Report to the Service Manager and work autonomously in the field
Lead the setup and commissioning of advanced woodworking and industrial machinery at client sites
Perform onsite and remote diagnostics on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems to minimize client downtime
Empower customers by providing hands-on training for machine operators and maintenance staff
Generate detailed intervention reports to document repairs, parts used, and machine performance
Maintain a methodical approach to troubleshooting while ensuring a safety-first environment
Requirements:
Strong foundational knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatic systems
2+ years of experience in equipment installation or industrial electrical component maintenance
A positive, customer-first attitude with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly
An autonomous worker who is methodical, organized, and capable of managing their own travel and toolset
A 'solution-oriented' thinker who enjoys digging into root causes
