We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician II for a short-term project in Fresno, California. This role involves providing on-site technical support for network connectivity issues, including troubleshooting, hardware replacement, and cabling adjustments. Job Responsibility:
Install, modify, and repair technical equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality
Conduct on-site testing of equipment to verify proper operation and resolve connectivity issues
Diagnose and address equipment start-up malfunctions, implementing corrective actions as needed
Maintain detailed daily logs and prepare reports on work performed and issues encountered
Follow established procedures, policies, and guidelines to complete assigned tasks effectively
Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and customers to exchange information and resolve technical challenges
Recognize and address deviations from standard practices in semi-routine assignments
Ensure all work assignments are completed accurately and within specified timelines
Present factual information to team members and customers during daily interactions
