Job Responsibility

  • Properly maintains and services equipment at Retailer (Customer) locations
  • Responds to dispatches for resolution of Retailer issues, maintains, installs, removes and or repairs lottery equipment
  • Responsible for transporting, installing, and maintaining equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in an organized and structured manner
  • Promptly remove all equipment at retailer locations that have been identified for de-installation
  • Full utilization of Cadence application for internal processes set by the department
  • Adhere to the company vehicle policy regarding the use and maintenance of the company vehicle
  • Troubleshooting to restore malfunctioning equipment to working order in the field
  • Completion of scheduled Preventative Maintenance as per assigned Key Performance Indicators
  • Effectively and efficiently communicating with Hotline personnel
  • Maintain in the vehicle an adequate inventory of equipment
  • Completion of all documentation for equipment being returned to the depot for repairs
  • Support with ad hoc projects as it relates to the Field Service Department

Requirements

  • Certification in Electricals/Electronics or Telecommunications discipline
  • 3 years of experience with technical repairs
  • Owner of a valid driver’s permit
  • Experience with electronics and electro-mechanical devices required
  • Speaks clearly and concisely, well understood
  • Ability to work independently
  • Effective business writing skills, including reports, procedures, and letters
