Job Responsibility:

  • Carrying out site commissioning jobs as instructed
  • Implementation of related Company rules and regulations within the team
  • Supervising team personnel which typically includes recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution
  • Safety audit and education to team members
  • Ensuring the implementation of Quality Management system within the team
  • Ensuring team utilization in reasonable level
  • Management of project commissioning process and their commissioning margin
  • Improve team members’ paper works
  • Supervise and approve of team members’ reimbursement
  • Competence development of team
  • Maintain good relationship with customers
  • Assist in managing planning coordination of new commissioning and service assignments
  • Assist in maintaining and monitoring related records and reports and order fulfilment functions to ensure timely customer services
  • Investigative activities in connection with sales of services, repairs and spare parts, preliminary on service jobs onboard ships
  • Other allied jobs, which are assigned by the Company/supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

  • Engineering background with good hands-on electrical and mechanical technical skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Marine field
  • Experience in coordination and planning of a mobile work force
  • Good communication
  • Good management and leadership skills
  • Fluent English
  • Flexible can do and will do attitude
