Requirements

Completed technical vocational training as a mechanic or electronics technician (m/f/d) or equivalent
Several years’ professional experience in a technical field is an advantage
Ideally, military experience in the field of air defence, e.g. as a gunner or radar specialist (m/f/d)
Strong analytical skills and a willingness to work independently in an international environment
Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and a high level of commitment for long-term assignments abroad

Job Responsibility

Technical support at the customer’s site
Performing maintenance and repair work on the air defense system
Fault analysis and repairs directly on-site in collaboration with the customer
Training and support for operating personnel on technical matters
Close collaboration with the headquarters in Switzerland—particularly regarding reporting customer needs, system observations, and optimization suggestions
Documentation of technical work and entry into the central support system
Use of modern technologies such as augmented reality and virtual reality for remote support and diagnostics
