Job Responsibility:
Managing the team of Service and Project Engineers
Point of contact for current affairs with internal customers and external customers
Ensure the team is able to do the job properly (support, training, planning, supplies, first time fix)
Stimulate employee satisfaction, partly by drawing up a personal development plan together
Responsible for the safe working of the field service team (Safety Conform Contractors, VCA)
Customer satisfaction of SKIDATA customers
Provide service that meets and exceeds customer expectations
First point of contact for (a group of) customers for issues, escalations and complaints
Ensure good internal and external communication with and about the customers
Correct invoicing of the services performed
Requirements:
HBO working and thinking level, for example business administration or technical business administration and at least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar position
In possession of a VCA VOL certificate or willing to obtain one
Strong affinity with information technology and experience with ICT platforms
Strong and energetic personality with good communication skills (oral and written) in Dutch and English
