Job Responsibility:
Executing service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines
Delivering quality customer service to satisfy customers
In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB
Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation with clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility
Performing entry level field service tasks, identifying technical problems and making analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform
Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities
Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative and utilizing all relevant tools
Troubleshooting simple equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future proactively executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensures the job is done on time and on quality.
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in medium/high voltage motors & alternators
Hands-on experience in maintenance of motors & alternators
Fault finding, troubleshooting, diagnosis and spare parts recommendation for motors & alternator
Field Service Travelling Mandatory
Knowledge of technical Support for field service activities
Ability to work under pressure and facing customers in critical circumstances
Ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols during the execution of service works.
