Job Responsibility:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical and hydraulic aeronautical tooling and GSE
Execute functional and load tests to ensure all equipment meets strict technical and safety standards
Develop autonomous diagnostic methods and repair solutions for complex or non-standard technical issues
Manage the dismantling, reassembly, and precision calibration of equipment, including final quality control
Conduct on-site technical interventions and service at customer facilities (Airlines, MROs, OEMs)
Coordinate technicians and procurement to plan, organize, and execute service projects efficiently
Act as the primary technical point of contact, managing relationships and ensuring clear communication
Generate detailed technical quotations, analyze project resources/budgets, and negotiate terms with clients
Support growth by identifying new opportunities, participating in tenders, and conducting customer prospecting visits
Maintain ERP records, workshop documentation, and ensure strict compliance with safety and storage protocols
Requirements:
Proven experience in the repair and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems of up to 4 years
A technical diploma or degree in mechanics (automotive, motorcycle, heavy machinery, or industrial mechanics)
Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and documentation
Strong manual dexterity, precision, and a hands-on approach to technical problem-solving
Familiarity with welding, machining, or other specialized industrial processes
A background in customer service, relationship management, or business operations
Fluency in English, with strong reading and writing skills for technical and professional communication
