Job Description:

The Field Service Trainee for Cytiva is part of the India Equipment services organization located in Pune and will be a Remote customer facing role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accompany service engineers and help them in pre-installation work, equipment demo & other service activities
  • Ensure delivery of operations - installing, troubleshooting, planned maintenance of Single use and Chromatography Equipment
  • Attend independently or with a trained engineer and close service calls as per CYTIVA Service Quality
  • Support team in service documentation work & be an active contributor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology / Instrumentation /Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics/ Electrical & Telecommunications Engineering
  • Ability to learn quickly & demonstrate independent working straits
  • Interface and gel with both internal team members and external customers
  • Should have knowledge about the basic tools used for service and repairs
  • Fluency in English language
  • Ability to learn the processes in CYTIVA Life Sciences for reporting, escalations, travel
