Job Responsibility

Performs on-site service and repair of automated semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoots and diagnose equipment problems
Maintains records and reports as required
Coordinates activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customers to minimize equipment downtime and interruptions
Orders and installs new parts
Instructs customer operating technicians on system operation and maintenance
Perform upgrades and modifications to equipment as needed
Remain current on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals, and other relevant materials
Employees must also maintain standards of conduct acceptable to both company and customers to maintain credentials for being on customer site(s)

Job Responsibility

Complete ALSOC learnings and assessments as assigned by the mentor
Read and digest maintenance manuals and complete learning logs relative to your product exposure

Complete preparation checklists for the service job to be undertaken
Follow up on actions and promises made to customers
Report unsafe practices, and incidents and work for continuous improvement
Capture Installed Base on site and communicate sales opportunities to sales organization
Proactive recommendation to customers for purchase of spares
Execute service in our Service Centers as required.
