To raise and drive resolution of product issues being experienced by customers. Guide, setup and implement training of dealers & customers with the objective of building up of high customer satisfaction and creating dealer capability within After sales strategy formulations and adherence to CNH guidelines. Overall monitoring, adherence & control of all crop solutions related after sales plans for revenue

Ensure compliance
Organizes work by reviewing daily requirements, checking, and gathering supplies
Completes vehicle service requirements
Observing and reporting requirements to Dealer person on parts requirements/warranty issues/ replacement by original parts
Manage Dealer Service and Asist them on product concerns and parts problems
Check Tractors for any concerns/suggestions, road test, and components using testing devices to diagnose the problem in the vehicle
Helping dealers to diagnose the technical concerns reported at the dealership
Develop the Dealers manpower and trained them time to time based on products
Escalating the Technical Concerns to HO with analysis Reports
Ensure you improve the PDIs & Installations at the dealerships
Ensure the quality Service at the dealership to adopt the CNH Process
Increase the Tractor Reporting at the dealerships through network & Service activities
Increase the Job cards and quality of Job cards at the dealerships
Ensure to have the availability of the genuine parts and Lubes at the dealerships
Achieve the assigned Parts and Lubes Target
Ensure the warranty management & coupon utilizations at the dealerships
Requirements:
8-10 Years’ experience in tractor or earth-moving equipment industry
Knowledge of service procedures, field failures and product enhancement cycle
