Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for a regional role for a reknown specialist within the industry? We are representing a market-leading, globally recognized manufacturer of premium commercial washing equipment. Known for their engineering excellence and top-tier build quality, they pride themselves on looking after their engineers with regional patches, excellent training, and a fantastic work-life balance. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking skilled Field Service Engineers based within the M25 to support their client base.

Job Responsibility

  • Attending commercial and hospitality sites (restaurants, hotels, corporate headquarters, and schools) to maintain high-end equipment
  • Fault-finding, servicing, and repairing commercial washing systems
  • Providing exceptional customer service to their clients
  • Managing your own van stock and work efficiently across a dedicated patch

Requirements

  • Strong Electrical Skills: Must have proven experience, ideally working with 3-phase electrical systems
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Solid experience with mechanical components
  • Experience: A background in commercial catering, warewashing, white goods, or laundry equipment is desirable (though engineers from electro-mechanical backgrounds with 3-phase experience will be considered)
  • License: A full UK driving license
