Job Description:

Bühler Group in Cairo, Egypt is looking for a skilled engineer to join our team as Field Service Engineer-Mechanical. This position will be responsible to provide services to the customers during installation of the machines and its entire life cycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform retrofit actions and machine repairs, inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Prepare and submit timesheets, service reports, delegation reports, drawings and other documents related to the assigned task
  • Perform technical assistance, training and other after sales services of the machines
  • Coordinate with internal and external customer technicians during startups or maintenance jobs
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers
  • Sharing of experience and feedback to other projects and functions
  • Report after sales opportunities at the customer site
  • Compliance with processes, procedures, and tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Higher technical education with further training in Customer Service is an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar industry
  • Fluent communication skill in English language
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
