As our Field Service Engineer, you will be an integral part of a team of engineers who assist our Customer Support (CS) organization install, repair and maintain ASML systems at customer sites. You will ensure that our chipmaking systems work as they should – and be part of the technology innovation that’s moving the world forward. As a DUV Field Service Engineer at ASML, you will play a key role in supporting the world’s leading chipmakers. Job Responsibility:
Ensure a safe working environment during all service activities
Install and qualify equipment at customer locations, including assembly, alignment, and testing
Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs to restore system functionality
Escalate complex problems promptly to technical support teams when needed
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues effectively
Perform routine maintenance and optimize system performance to prevent downtime
Train customers on system operation and basic maintenance procedures
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering required, or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience will be accepted
2+ years of ASML DUV lithography experience or semiconductor industry experience
Highly prefer candidates with EUV/EXE background
Demonstrated experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of mechatronics, optics, vacuum components, semiconductor processes, and relevant software
Familiarity with project coordination and technical troubleshooting
3+ years of ASML DUV lithography experience or semiconductor industry experience (for JG6)
Highly prefer candidates with DUV background (for JG6)
Demonstrated experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (for JG6)
