Job Description

Join our Sulzer Services team, which is an independent provider of services and equipment repairs for the Turbomachinery industry. Sulzer Services specializes in the repair and overhaul of rotating equipment (gas turbines, steam turbines and, compressors) for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power Generation industries. From Venlo (Lomm) or on site, we provide our customers worldwide with solid, customer-oriented, and flexible support for their Compressors, Steam and Gas Turbines.

Job Responsibility

  • Setting up technical concepts including cost price calculation, to be used in the tender process for field services for gas turbines, steam turbines and compressors
  • Analyzing the customers specifications (RFQs) with our Customer Service and Proposal Engineers, including customer contact if required
  • Distribution and updating of tendering information throughout the relevant departments
  • Setting up and keep updating standard cost packages for Field Service
  • Based on complete information, calculating cost prices and enter the technical scope and cost in our ERP system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or with a similar technical scope
  • Experience with Field Service-related projects on Rotating Equipment
  • Specific knowledge and experience on cost engineering on gas turbines, steam turbines and/or compressors repairs and services
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and preferably in Dutch as well
  • Excellent developed communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Proactive and flexible attitude with the willingness to (limited) international travel
