We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to support and optimize our field service operations. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring efficient service delivery by coordinating the work of Field Service Engineers in Romania and Bulgaria and collaborating closely with internal teams and customers.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and manage daily work schedules for service engineers, ensuring optimal FSE utilization and work/life balance
process and monitor jobs in our field service management system - OneService
approve jobs in OneService and set their status to “ready to invoice.”
input and maintain data in pre-mobilization checklists and documentation systems
coordinate job priorities with Team Managers to ensure critical tasks are addressed first
monitor and control ordered service jobs and ensure timely processing
administer Service Agreements in close collaboration with service sales
track and manage certifications, documentation, and vaccinations required for service jobs
Requirements:
High school diploma required
higher education in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus
at least 2 years of experience in coordination or administrative roles, preferably within technical or field service environments
strong organizational and multitasking skills
excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
proactive, solution-oriented mindset
ability to work effectively under pressure
fluency in Romanian and English
