Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to support and optimize our field service operations. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring efficient service delivery by coordinating the work of Field Service Engineers in Romania and Bulgaria and collaborating closely with internal teams and customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan and manage daily work schedules for service engineers, ensuring optimal FSE utilization and work/life balance
  • process and monitor jobs in our field service management system - OneService
  • approve jobs in OneService and set their status to “ready to invoice.”
  • input and maintain data in pre-mobilization checklists and documentation systems
  • coordinate job priorities with Team Managers to ensure critical tasks are addressed first
  • monitor and control ordered service jobs and ensure timely processing
  • administer Service Agreements in close collaboration with service sales
  • track and manage certifications, documentation, and vaccinations required for service jobs

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • higher education in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus
  • at least 2 years of experience in coordination or administrative roles, preferably within technical or field service environments
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • ability to work effectively under pressure
  • fluency in Romanian and English
