Job Responsibility:

  • Lead installation, commissioning, and startup of robotic and automated machinery at customer sites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, controls, and mechanical issues in live production environments
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance
  • Support and train customer technicians and operators on equipment usage and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Willingness and ability to travel ~70% (frequent regional and national travel required)
  • 3+ years of experience in field service, commissioning, installation, or maintenance
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with exposure to industrial automation
  • Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and control systems (programming not required)
  • Experience supporting automated or robotic equipment in industrial environments
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
