Boeing Thailand is looking for a Field Service Associate to be based in the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport office and be part of the Field Service organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Performs planning, coordination and organization of Boeing focal and field personnel based on an understanding of customer needs
  • Coordinates field operation assignment procedures, training and orientation to ensure on-site personnel meet customer needs
  • Provides guidance regarding local language, culture and customs to Boeing personnel
  • Maintains local Boeing base presence
  • Provides specialized on-the-job training to Customer regarding Boeing resources
  • Researches information to assist customers in resolving moderately complex operation issues
  • Assists management in negotiating cost, coordinating and organizing special events
  • Monitors and reports customer information to support marketing and sales
  • Processes payments and expense reports for Boeing travelers
  • Arranges travel reservations and coordination with Boeing Travel in supporting Boeing travelers
  • Manages office facility coordinating with Boeing International Enterprise Services
  • Manages customer contacts and detailed customer knowledge
  • Maintains office manuals and ensures procedures implementation
  • Works under general direction

Requirements

  • High business level English language (speaking, listening, writing, reading), including an ability to influence others and understand/explain topics of moderate to heavy complexity
  • High level cross-cultural awareness and management
  • 4 or more years' related work experience

Nice to have

  • Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution
  • Basic understanding of database and Information Management systems
  • Experience with SAP/ORACLE/Salesforce systems
  • Experience working with a multinational company
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Good communication skills and customer service experience
  • Willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision
