Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage a team of door-to-door sales executives
Train and coach new and existing team members in effective sales strategies
Achieve and surpass individual sales targets through direct customer engagement
Generate leads, collect customer information, and maintain sales records
Uphold high standards of customer service within the team
Provide insightful feedback and updates from field activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in door-to-door sales
