Field Sales Representative

• Proactively contact and schedule meetings with restaurant owners or managers
• Visit potential clients via drop-ins and scheduled meetings
• Present TheFork's products and services
• Achieve 4-5 drop-ins/meetings per day
• Discuss with owners and managers to understand their needs
• Highlight opportunities provided by TheFork Manager tool and guest network
• Follow up with potential clients until deal is closed and restaurant is published online

• Speak German fluently
• Good command of English
• Self-driven and results-oriented
• Passionate about achieving and exceeding targets
• Foodie with strong interest in digital, tech products, and restaurant sector
• Customer- and sales-oriented with persuasive and influencing skills
• High-performing professional with proven sales experience
• Comfortable closing deals in a single call
• Experience in business development
• Preferably in B2B or restaurants/hospitality environments
• Skilled in short-term negotiations
• Dynamic and independent
• Thrive in fast-paced environments
• Excellent organisational skills
• Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow
• Proficient in using a PC and Microsoft Office
• CRM software experience as a plus
