Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in field sales and a commitment to driving success in their territory.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage with potential clients and build strong relationships in the assigned territory
  • Promote and sell our products/services, meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Delhi market
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support
  • Manage and maintain sales records and reports
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align sales efforts with company objectives
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales
  • Maximum of 10 years of experience in field sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in relevant sales software and tools
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi, India
