A home-based leadership role focused on driving distribution, visibility, and activation for a growing portfolio of standout drinks brands including WKD, Bottlegreen, Mex Tequila, Shandy Shack and more across the UK & Ireland hospitality scene.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing BDE team
  • Remain hands-on with key customers and strategic opportunities
  • Deliver national and regional distribution targets across the on-trade channel
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a motivated field sales team
  • Set clear KPI-driven objectives
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements to drive profitable growth
  • Work closely with brand teams to deliver impactful activations, consumer experiences, and best-in-class execution
  • Own activation budgets, reporting, and performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI
  • Be a role model for compliance, responsible retailing, and best practice across the team
