Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire a high-performing BDE team

Deliver national and regional distribution targets across the on-trade channel
Recruit, coach, and develop a motivated field sales team
Set clear KPI-driven objectives
Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements to drive profitable growth
Work closely with brand teams to deliver impactful activations, consumer experiences, and best-in-class execution
Own activation budgets, reporting, and performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI
